Though there are many colon cleansing agents available in the market, it is still best to do a natural colon cleanse instead. How to cleanse colon using natural agents is simple as long as you know what to do and choose what is available at your disposal. Here are the natural things that you can use for your colon cleanse.

1. Aloe Vera

Cut and squeeze Aloe Vera to get the juice. Mix with lemon juice and stir. Place inside the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and drink 200ml of the juice several times a day.

2. Apple Juice

Drink apple juice (fresh or boxed) on an empty stomach and a glass of water after.

3. Bentonite And Psyllium Husk

In a glass of water, mix 1 tsp of bentonite with psyllium husk, and drink 20 minutes prior on eating your breakfast. Drink another glass of water once you are done drinking the concoction.

4. Cayenne Pepper And Lemon

Extract the juice of two medium size lemons. Add salt and a tsp of honey in warm water. Add cayenne pepper. Drink on an empty stomach every morning.

5. Fiber Rich Foods

Indulge yourself with fiber rich food such as fruits and vegetables, and refrain from eating processed foods.

6. Flaxseeds

Add 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds to a glass of water. Drink 30 minutes before breakfast, and at night, 30 minutes before you go to sleep.

7. Ginger

Make a ginger juice and add honey. Consume 2-3 times daily before meals. Not suitable for pregnant women.

8. Lemon Juice

How to cleanse your colon using lemon juice? Well, it is the same as stated earlier with the cayenne pepper and lemon (#4). The only difference is that there is no cayenne pepper.

9. Milk

Drink milk with 1 tbsp of butter before bedtime.

10. Raw Vegetable Juice

You can blend several vegetables in one juice or you may drink one kind of vegetable at a time. Use vegetables that have high levels of detoxifying properties such as carrots, kale, cabbage, spinach, beets, celery, parsley, etc. Drink the juice many times in a day.

11. Sea Salt

Mix 1 tbsp of sea salt in a glass of hot water and let it cool down. Drink in empty stomach. Lie on your back and massage your stomach. Bowel movement will be felt in a few minutes. Hypertensive patients should ask their doctors first before undergoing this treatment.

12. Senna

Pound senna and use it to make a tea. Drink the tea 2-3 times a day.

13. Triphala

Add 1 tbsp of triphala in a glass of water. It is best if you drink it in the morning.

14. Yogurt

Eat yogurt with your breakfast, as a snack or as a dessert after eating your meals.

15. Water

Let go of the 8-glasses-a-day belief. Instead, consume at least 10 glasses a day if you can.
